Shipping
Order Processing: Once your order is accepted, please allow up to 2 working days (Monday–Friday) for our warehouse to process and dispatch your shipment.
Restocking Delays: In rare cases where an item is being restocked, we’ll notify you via email of any delay.
Back-Order Items: For unavailable items, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing. Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels; you’ll receive tracking details for each dispatch.
Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping globally. Express delivery is available at additional cost, payable by the customer.
Tracking: Tracking links will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your parcel has been dispatched.
Taxes & Duties
All product prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local authorities or courier.
Return & Replacement Policy (Summary)
Shankkriti accepts returns and replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim.
Eligibility
- The item received must be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video must be provided from package opening to product reveal.
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
- Customized, final-sale, or gift items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
- India: Use our Return Request Portal or WhatsApp us at +91 83680 44494 within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your Order ID, issue description, photos, and the unboxing video.
- International: Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 83680 44494) or email support@shankkriti.in within 48 hours with the same details.
Our quality team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customer-Borne: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer for both domestic and international returns.
- India: We can arrange a pickup after approval (fees deducted from refund) or you may ship via a tracked courier.
- International: Ship via a tracked courier and share tracking details. We do not provide prepaid labels.
Processing Timelines
- Domestic (India): Minimum of 15 working days after receiving and verifying the return.
- International: Up to 30 working days after receiving and verifying the return.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Guidelines
- Claims without unboxing video or raised after 48 hours cannot be processed.
- Used, washed, or altered items are not eligible for return.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch are refundable only after the product returns and passes quality check.
- Replacement orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded again.

Legal Jurisdiction
