Shankkriti — Archive Sale Policy
What Is the Archive Sale?
The Shankkriti Archive Sale is a limited-time online event offering selected pieces from our previous collections and archived designs at exclusive discounted prices. All items are available only while stocks last — no restocks or price adjustments will be made after the sale.
Existing Shankkriti customers may receive Private or Early Access, followed by General Access for the public. Official announcements will be made through verified social channels and our newsletter.
Returns & Exchanges
All Archive Sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items. Please review product details and size charts carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Due to high order volume during the sale, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. All sales are final and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Changing or Modifying Orders
No changes can be made after checkout — including size, color, address, or adding products. Please double-check all information before confirming payment.
Payment Methods
We accept all standard payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, EMI options, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Store credits or gift cards may also be applied at checkout if applicable.
Size & Fit Guidance
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please review the fit information carefully before ordering. Garments may vary slightly based on fabric and design.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp containing your order details.
Delivery Timelines
- Within India: Delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivered within 10–14 working days after dispatch.
Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Tracking details will be shared once your package is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide. For international orders, import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Express Shipping
Express delivery is not available during the Archive Sale due to high order volumes. All orders are processed in sequence of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Stock Availability
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after purchase due to simultaneous checkouts. If this occurs, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Website & Checkout Issues
During high-traffic periods, the website may load slower or experience brief interruptions. Refresh the page, clear cache, or try a different browser if needed. Popular items may sell out quickly, so we recommend completing checkout promptly.

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Response times may be longer than usual during the Archive Sale, but we aim to reply to all inquiries as soon as possible.
